Maryna Tsymbalenko
Fine Line & Microrealism Tattoo artist in Dublin, Ireland
About
I'm Maryna Tsymbalenko, a tattoo artist based in Dublin, Ireland, specialising in fine line and microrealism tattoo. With 9 years in fine art and 3 years of professional tattooing experience, my work is rooted in academic drawing - combining an expressive, sketchy artistic aesthetic with absolute precision in clean lines. My style brings together ultra-fine lines, custom lettering, and intricate ornaments, seamlessly integrated with soft microrealism and painterly elements. Every design is custom-made, executed with a strong focus on quality, individuality, and high standards.Beyond the art itself, I believe that the energy during a session matters just as much. I’m an easygoing, talkative person who loves a good conversation - though I’m equally happy to just be a quiet, attentive listener if you prefer to zone out. My work is driven by strict discipline, perfectionism, and an absolute obsession with hygiene, safety, and pristine cleanliness at every step of the process. I deeply value mutual respect, boundaries, and time, so you can always expect a professional, highly secure environment. At the same time, I bring a good sense of humor and a genuinely caring approach, ensuring you will feel completely comfortable, supported, and never alone or lost during your session.HOW I WORK section provides an overview of how I work and what the process looks like, including what I do not work with. BOOK
How i work
I always keep my portfolio and healed works updated on my Instagram @marynaaa.tattoo.To keep everything organized and ensure no messages get lost, all communication and bookings are handled exclusively through email and the website contact form, rather than Instagram. Full details on the booking process can be found in the BOOK section.Once an idea is discussed via email and a date is secured with a deposit, the session is officially booked. I do not prepare designs in advance. Instead, sketching and adjustments are done in person on the day of the session. This in-person approach allows plenty of time to adapt the design beautifully to the anatomy and ensures that my full, exclusive focus is dedicated to the appointment. My minimum price per tattoo starts at €150, though this can occasionally vary depending on the season and current project priorities. Exact pricing is always confirmed during the initial inquiry. To secure a date, a non-refundable deposit is required - typically around 30% of the total, or a fixed fee for larger sessions. This covers the consultation time and reserves the spot in my calendar. If a reschedule is needed, the deposit remains valid as long as notice is given more than 7 days in advance before session. With less than 7 days' notice, the deposit is forfeited, and a new one will be required to book a new date.To ensure the best possible healing and results, tattoos are not performed on hands, fingers, feet, elbows, knees, intimate areas, or the entire head and neck area (including the face, ears, and inner lips). Additionally, cover-ups and touch-ups of other artists' work are generally outside my stylistic focus. Exceptions might be considered for heavily lasered tattoos that align well with my aesthetic; in such cases, submitting a photo alongside the inquiry is always welcome.
